Jacqui Rays is the Founder & Director of ZZ&D, a creative agency. ZZ&D work with big brands such as EY and Expedia on HR and B2B campaigns, as well as SME's and Startups, helping to shape their brands from the very beginning. 

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Jacqui started her career producing and designing interactive media for Australian Radio Network. She soon moved onto senior management roles in production and digital marketing before deciding to embark on forming her own agency 7 years ago. 

As Director of ZZ&D, she loves being her own boss, and thrives on using the full breadth of her skills - from conceptual development, through to design, marketing and communications (and a little bit of acting...sometimes). For clients, she blends an experienced eye for design with a strategy approach to ensure objectives are met, with a smile.

She is the proud mother to a beautiful pooch, Zanda (Head of Client Entertainment) and has a serious tea drinking problem.
